Sogak (hereinafter "the App") values your privacy and protects personal information in accordance with applicable laws. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
The App does not collect any personal information.
All data you enter in the App — including your birth date, life expectancy, gender, notification settings, loved ones, and check-in records — is stored exclusively on your device (in a local sqflite database). It is never transmitted to external servers or shared with third parties.
The App displays ads through Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect certain information such as device identifiers (advertising ID) for the purpose of serving ads. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Recommendation banners: To show the recommendation banner at the top of the home screen, the App fetches the banner list from our shared server (Supabase) and, when a banner is shown or tapped, records the banner and image number, the banner slot, the device type (Android/iOS) and the app language. These records contain nothing that identifies you, such as your name or a device identifier. Some banners are affiliate links (Coupang Partners in Korean, Amazon Associates in English and Spanish); if you buy on Coupang or Amazon after tapping one, the operator may receive a commission. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Your use of Coupang or Amazon is governed by that company's privacy policy.
The App has no login, registration, or account creation features.
Uninstalling the App from your device will delete all locally stored data.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 12, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This policy may be updated. Any changes will be noted in the app store update description.
