제5조 (계정과 클라우드 저장)
로그인은 선택 사항이며, 로그인 없이도 게임을 이용할 수 있어요.
Google Play 게임즈 / Apple Game Center로 로그인하면 진행 데이터가 클라우드에 동기화돼요.
로그인하지 않고 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 데이터는 복구할 수 없어요.
제6조 (리더보드와 닉네임)
리더보드 참여 시 닉네임과 점수가 다른 이용자에게 공개돼요.
욕설·차별·혐오 표현 등 부적절한 닉네임은 필터링되거나 운영자에 의해 변경·제한될 수 있어요.
제7조 (이용자의 의무)
앱을 역설계, 수정, 재배포하지 않아요.
비정상적인 방법(치트, 자동화 등)으로 리더보드 점수를 조작하지 않아요.
앱을 불법적인 목적으로 사용하지 않아요.
제8조 (지적재산권)
본 앱에 포함된 디자인, 코드, 이미지, 사운드 등 모든 콘텐츠에 대한 지적재산권은 운영자에게 있어요.
제9조 (서비스의 변경·중단)
서비스 내용(광고 파트너, 기능, 리더보드 시즌 등)은 사전 공지 없이 변경되거나 중단될 수 있어요. 유료 상품에 중대한 영향이 있는 변경은 앱 내 소식 등으로 안내해요.
제10조 (면책사항)
본 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 특정 목적에 대한 적합성을 보장하지 않아요.
앱 이용 과정에서 발생한 기기 문제나 데이터 손실에 대해 운영자는 책임지지 않아요.
광고에 표시되는 제3자 콘텐츠·상품에 대한 책임은 해당 광고주에게 있어요.
제11조 (약관의 변경)
이 약관은 필요에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 이 페이지를 통해 공지해요. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봐요.
제12조 (준거법·분쟁 해결)
이 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 관할 법원은 운영자의 소재지를 관할하는 법원으로 해요.

These terms govern your use of Naru ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose
These terms define the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by the App, and the rights and obligations of users and the operator.
2. Services
The App provides the following services:
A pixel-art fishing game (multiple regions, seasons and weather)
Fish collection, encyclopedia and achievements
Leaderboards (nickname and score displayed publicly)
Cloud save (when signed in with Google Play Games / Apple Game Center)
Extras such as spectator mode, news and push notifications
3. Advertising
The App is free and ad-supported. Various ad formats (interstitial, rewarded, etc.) may be shown during use.
Rewarded ads are watched only when you choose to, in exchange for in-game benefits.
See the Privacy Policy for details on advertising and personal data.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app products (ad removal, tips). They are not required to play.
Payments and refunds follow Google Play / App Store policies.
"Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase and can be restored on a new device with the same store account.
Tip (coffee) products are consumable and may not be refundable once used.
5. Accounts and Cloud Save
Signing in is optional; the game can be played without it.
When signed in with Google Play Games / Apple Game Center, your progress is synced to the cloud.
If you uninstall the App without signing in, on-device data cannot be recovered.
6. Leaderboards and Nicknames
When you participate in leaderboards, your nickname and score are visible to other users.
Inappropriate nicknames (profanity, discrimination, hate speech, etc.) may be filtered, changed or restricted by the operator.
7. User Obligations
Do not reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the App.
Do not manipulate leaderboard scores by abnormal means (cheats, automation, etc.).
Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — designs, code, images, sounds and more — is the intellectual property of the operator.
9. Changes to or Suspension of the Service
Service contents (advertising partners, features, leaderboard seasons, etc.) may change or be discontinued without prior notice. Changes materially affecting paid products will be announced via in-app news or similar.
10. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
The operator is not liable for device issues or data loss arising from use of the App.
Third-party content and products shown in ads are the responsibility of the respective advertisers.
11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as needed, and changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
Disputes related to these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction in the courts of the operator's place of business.

La App ofrece los siguientes servicios:

Colección de peces, enciclopedia y logros
Clasificaciones (apodo y puntuación visibles públicamente)
Guardado en la nube (al iniciar sesión con Google Play Juegos / Apple Game Center)
Extras como el modo contemplación, noticias y notificaciones push
3. Publicidad
La App es gratuita y se financia con publicidad. Durante el uso pueden mostrarse distintos formatos de anuncios (intersticiales, con recompensa, etc.).
Los anuncios con recompensa solo se ven cuando tú lo decides, a cambio de beneficios en el juego.

4. Compras dentro de la App
La App ofrece productos opcionales (eliminación de anuncios, propinas). No son necesarios para jugar.
Los pagos y reembolsos siguen las políticas de Google Play / App Store.
"Eliminar anuncios" es una compra única y puede restaurarse en un nuevo dispositivo con la misma cuenta de la tienda.
Los productos de propina (café) son consumibles y pueden no ser reembolsables una vez usados.
5. Cuentas y guardado en la nube
Iniciar sesión es opcional; puedes jugar sin hacerlo.
Al iniciar sesión con Google Play Juegos / Apple Game Center, tu progreso se sincroniza en la nube.
Si desinstalas la App sin haber iniciado sesión, los datos del dispositivo no podrán recuperarse.
6. Clasificaciones y apodos
Al participar en las clasificaciones, tu apodo y puntuación serán visibles para otros usuarios.
Los apodos inapropiados (groserías, discriminación, lenguaje de odio, etc.) pueden ser filtrados, modificados o restringidos por el operador.
7. Obligaciones del usuario
No realizar ingeniería inversa, modificar ni redistribuir la App.
No manipular las puntuaciones de las clasificaciones por medios anormales (trampas, automatización, etc.).
No usar la App con fines ilícitos.
8. Propiedad intelectual
Todo el contenido de la App — diseños, código, imágenes, sonidos y demás — es propiedad intelectual del operador.
9. Cambios o suspensión del servicio
El contenido del servicio (socios publicitarios, funciones, temporadas de clasificación, etc.) puede cambiar o suspenderse sin previo aviso. Los cambios que afecten de forma sustancial a los productos de pago se anunciarán mediante las noticias de la App u otros medios.
10. Exención de responsabilidad
La App se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantía de idoneidad para un fin determinado.
El operador no se hace responsable de problemas del dispositivo ni de pérdidas de datos derivados del uso de la App.
El contenido y los productos de terceros mostrados en los anuncios son responsabilidad de los anunciantes correspondientes.
11. Cambios en estos términos
Estos términos pueden actualizarse cuando sea necesario, y los cambios se anunciarán en esta página. El uso continuado de la App tras los cambios implica la aceptación de los términos actualizados.
12. Ley aplicable y resolución de disputas
Las disputas relacionadas con estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Corea, siendo competentes los tribunales del domicilio del operador.
